I met with the VP of marketing and the HR director for the position. The position I interviewed for was new, so they spoke a lot about how the 'see' the job and where they needed the most help. I provided a lot of my background in helping develop such roles.

Interview
Friendly HR staff member conducts interview, straight forward questions. The interview lasted around an hour and I was offered at conclusion of the interview. I was given roughly a week to accept or deny the offer. There were 2 weeks of pre-training semenars with other new hires, and 2 weeks of hands on experience training.
