5 interviews. 1 skills with head of group. 1 case. 1 skills with a team member. 2 behaviorals with 2 team members. Overall not very difficult as long as you prepare.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at West Monroe in Sept 2020
Interview
This was for the healthcare and life science practice.
Overall very positive, done in September (mid pandemic), first was a call with a recruiter, then phone screen with a senior consultant about your health care experience/expertise. then 2 days of 2 zoom interviews each. Day one was behavioral and a WMP "values" interview, both by senior consultants. Day 2 was the case interview with a senior consultant and then a conversational interview with one of the directors in the practice. Then you have 72 hours to send in either a word document or a 4 slide PowerPoint presentation on the case you had (HLS asked me for slides)
