It stuck to the main topic which was enrolling previous students and helping the process. Then upon further question took a dive into my personality and traits I posses on the job. There were a lot of questions but I felt I was prepared to answer them.

They ask you the usual questions about your resume and why you think you would be a good fit for the job. They were transparent with me about the job expectations however they never told me the job hours until I was onboarded. They will be given an scenario of pretending to be the admissions advisor and talking to a student.

You’ll either be interviewed by the Assistants to the Campus director of admissions first or be interviewed by the campus director only. I was interviewed by both a coworker of mine was only interviewed by the campus director.

I had three interviews . First over the phone, then zoom interviews.It all took over the course of three weeks. This includes when I applied, interviews, and offer letter.They got back to me fairly quickly whenever I had any questions.
