Basic, it ended quickly and I didn't get a feeling anyone cared. They ask a lot of questions about your past and it almost seemed like someone was reading a script and just making sure I wasn't as stupid as a monkey.

I was brought in 3 separate times to meet with a total of 5 people. Each interview I met with people higher up than the time before. The interviews were not lengthy relative to my other interview experience and were all pretty straight-forward.

Interview
They first did a phone interview. Then they did a personality test. Then their was a sit down interview with her and a member of leadership. It was a very quick and painless process. Almost as if they were overly desperate to get talent into the door.
