Interview
The interview process at Wendy’s was super straightforward and low-stress. The manager was friendly, asked simple questions about availability and customer service, and made it feel more like a conversation than an interrogation. Overall, it was a quick and easy experience, and they seemed more focused on finding reliable, friendly people than grilling you with tough questions.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
