Interview
You sit down and they ask basic customer service questions. Be sure to introduce yourself before starting the interview. As long as you are semi dressed up and approachable the job is pretty much yours. Management is always changing so depending on the interviewer, they may or may not even know the store very well. I was interviewed on the general managers first day at the store.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
