I interviewed at Wendy's (Greenville, SC) in Feb 2014
Interview
When I get there the manager was actually in a meeting with 2 of her employees who got into a fight. So I just waited for a couple minutes before she interviewed me. I was 16 at the time and it was my first interview ever so I was very nervous, I remember looking at interview reviews and even studying questions the night before. All she asked me was 2 questions and then told me when to go back to give paperwork and do orientation.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.

Describe a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Super easy and very communicative. Prompt emails after the interviews - 1 interview but the future manager, did not accept job though. Pretty straightforward process at Wendy’s, nothing unexpected came up
The interview was very unprofessional. The hiring manager who was interviewing me was very rude in rushing throughout the interview. After the interview, I did not hear back for several weeks until I called them again.
