Interview
A meeting was held for incoming and current crew members anybody that showed up was hired on spot. Didn't have a one on one interview. When the meeting was over he gave us the uniform and told us to report to work at a certain time depending on our schedule.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
