Contacted via email and phone for first interview with district manager. Very casual, and friendly interview. Lasted about 15 minutes and went over basic work history and the DM let me basically tell her why I felt like I'd be a good fit.

Interview
I applied online through their website and an interview was scheduled. The interview itself was very informal and quick. The interviewer, the owner, was very clear in what he expected. The whole process was more of a "This is what we expect" rather than a question and answer situation. Time availability seemed to be the biggest concern.
