I applied online on a Saturday, then got a email the next day saying they were interested in me and wanted to talk with me, On December 31,2013 i was interviewed. They asked questions like if i had any experience and what days i was willing to work, i was hired on the spot!

Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
