Interview
My interview request was through email so I came in at the requested time wearing black skinny jeans and a nice button-up shirt. Nothing too fancy, just business casual.
The manager interviewing me didn't even know there was an interview and was pretty rude to me and made me feel like a complete idiot. I was hired on the spot anyway.
Know what you're getting into- Wendy's is really disorganized when it comes to interviews, scheduling, and giving out paychecks. I'm currently looking for another job.

Question 1
Wasn't asked any questions. Just about previous work experience and availability.
Standard fast food interview. Gave experience, asked about availability, nothing really too special. Real easy interview. Its just fast food, so not exactly a hardball interview asking about Excel, advanced degrees, etc. The place seemed clean and interview was on time.
Interview was in the dining room of the restaurant, included being walked around store and being introduced to other crew members and given worker's authorization papers. Very low stress, asked about hobbies.
