Typical management interview questions regarding handling staff, stress, complaints, etc. Definitely tried to create casual conversation to learn more about private life that they can't ask point blank about. Felt like I was at a meeting about promoting the company rather than an interview. Only asked a few questions. Wasn't a good fit for me.
