They first conducted a phone screen with a recruiter then the follow up consisted of flying me out to chicago where I first had lunch with analyst then we went into the interview. It consisted of a behavioral interview and then a case study. Each of which lasted about 45 mins. My advice on the case study is to go in thinking about the higher level process and not look into details as much.
