STAR Format questions ... Situation, Task, Action & Resolution is typically how WF conduct their interviews. Very easy as long as you listen and pay attention to what you're being asked. Make eye contact and don't contradict yourself. If you make a mistake, go along with it and sound as confident as possible. Try to ask at least 1-2 questions at the end of the interview.

The panel focused heavily on my problem-solving approach. They presented a complex scenario, and I broke it down logically. We discussed my collaborative style and how I handle tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards throughout.
