On Jan 9 2025 i had my first round of virtual interview and followed by 2 round of interview on 16 jan 25 and after few days I was been informed that you have cleared your second round and on 18 jan 2025 received call for salary discussion and then no response from the HR after 2 weeks i received a call that my application is kept on hold possible for rejection and if any openings occur for higher role in the future will get back to you. Reason for Hold as my expectations are closer to the end value of budget however in the initial call HR gave the value I did not requested for the value I just agreed for what she requested. Please help me out to conclude further Still tha application status shows interview No response from HR for all my calls Lost my chances for interview for other positions. Whether chances of receiving calls for higher role.
