It was simple straightforward questions had to got through 3 rounds the process was completed in a week and got offer also
Technical two rounds last round was managerial
Technical questions were mostly on recent project , whatever technology specified covered basic and advanced concepts
well strcutured and well defined. 2 rounds of 45 minutes each. basic product managemen questions.nothing fancy at all. one round with india panel and another with US panel. offer rollout took may be 15-20 days. overall good exp

Interview
There were 2 rounds mainly:
1. Technical Round: Basics of dot net, Design patterns, Memory Management
2. Techno Functional: Technical + About projects
The main thing is the type of Salary break up:
1. Fixed Component (Gratuity amount was also included in this)=> I have really not seen any organization, who is making fool in this way.
2. Variable Component: its mentioned explicitly that only ONE TIME, again making fool to candidates.
I would suggest not to join.
