      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

Very open and conversational. Interviewer (Manager) was great. I felt at ease and didn't feel interrogated. It was more of a conversation than an interview. Originally asked for an informational interview prior to applying for the position. Can tell right off the bat management was very supportive and great at their jobs.

Very quick and productive interview process. Met with 4 individuals on 5 separate occasions. Initial get to know each other. Understand the role. Then a hand full of situational questions.

      Interview

Most of the questions are behavioral questions. Prepare a strong "tell me about yourself" and have examples for behavioral questions and you will do fine. No surprises with the interview process, bring high energy and send thank you notes.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to shift priorities? * Basically when you have a lot of things going on, how do you ensure work is completed. What are your steps.
