Interviewed with 6 people total. Initial phone interview with recruiter, then face to face with two managers and 3 team members. Overall interview centered around job specific knowledge and ability to perform tasks. Pretty straightforward process.

What is the difference between strategic and tactical asset allocation?
It is usually a 3 round process, first two are technical and is generally based around your CV and Financial Statement Analysis. Few other topics that were touched upon in my case were- debt subordination, case based/ scenario specific questions and ratio analysis.

Interview
I had an initial screening interview with a Human Resources representative. After that, I had two formal interviews for a Portfolio Manager position in Commercial Banking. In addition I had three informal interviews with Relationship Managers. The interviews were in a traditional behavioral interview format with a limited amount of technical questions.
