Got call from consultancy for Interview schedule, company persons via phone call, role description, then technical discussions,
Discussion was good around 40 minutes. Two persons was interviewing. Answered 16 out of 18 questions .
Asked Notice Period, salary expected and etc..
No update afterwards 😕 pathetic people.

4 round . 1. Telephonic 2 . on site coding 3. General Interview 4. HR round of interview.
Then you can expect to get the call from the recruiter. No direct hiring - 18 months contract and then it depends on them to make FT.
