      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo

      Interview

I applied for the job online and a month later I received an email saying. " We will be holding an INVITATION ONLY EVENT for this position. You will have an opportunity to meet with recruiters and/or hiring managers to share your background and experience." So I arrived and waited a few hours to meet with someone and I had 2 interviews until I was offered the position.

      Interview

Very thorough, and recruiters were fairly helpful. Gave pointers on how to improve for next stage of interview. Next interview was fairly pleasant. Interviewer asked questions that were standard, and also gave clarity into what I could expect in this role.

On Line Customer Service Representative Interview

      31 Jan 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wells Fargo in Dec 2011

      Interview

I applied online through the Wells Fargo website and received a call to from a recruiter a few days later. The recruiter went over the position as far as scheduling(5 days a week including 1 weekend day), hours (either 8a-4:30p or 4:30p-1a), and pay (Average $12/hour). Shifts are available based on business needs, so you don't get to pick your shift or which weekend day you'd like off. After agreeing to continue with the interview process, the recruiter scheduled a phone interview for the next day at 1p. She also gave me the number for the interviewer in case I had any questions beforehand. I received a call from an 800 number at 1p on the dot. I answered and repeated "Hello?" several times and then the caller hung up. I called back and was routed to the WF customer service queue, which I thought was ironic since that was the position I was interviewing for. I hung up and called the number to the interviewer that the recruiter gave me and received an automated message that the number was not in service. I then emailed the recruiter and told her what happened, but never heard back. This was a very frustrating experience, as my time was wasted preparing and waiting for nothing.
