      Interview

Standard on-campus recruiting process of first round interviews taking place on-campus, followed by second round interviews in Charlotte, North Carolina. There is usually a reception the night before interviews. Make sure you attend and meet each interviewer that will be interviewing you the next day. Interviews are only 30 minutes long so the point of meeting interviewers at the reception is to be able to have some informal conversations about your goals and background to set yourself up for the interview the next day. Some interviewers will stick to the pre-scribed questions others won't but it's all behavioral with two technical questions at most. Many of the technical questions were the same questions throughout all three interviews. Not much time is left for freestyle opportunities to sell yourself so make use of the 2 hour reception of one on one time with interviewers. Most interviews had two managers from two different regions/specialties. Interviews are structured based on your location preferences of your area of interest. You can interview for at least two places. If selected to continue, they may schedule a third interview at your preferred office location before a final offer is made.
