The hiring process took about three weeks from initial application. I was an internal candidate and went through three rounds of interviews for this position. First a phone screening with HR. Then second interview with branch manager. Then the last one was with the SRC and branch manager. The questions were the same for the last two interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Washington, DC) in Sept 2022
Interview
Applied as an internal candidate so process is probably a bit more streamlined. Completed pre-screen type of interview with Recruiter first, and then interviewed with the Branch Manager and District Manager.
Interview questions were standard STAR format, which is really just Situation, the Action I took, and the Result from me taking that action. When you think about it that way, it makes answering those type of questions much easier.
Also my experience was more relaxed on my end because I’ve been with the company for 7 years, so I was confident in what I needed to say and how I said it.
