Interview
First a screening call from HR, basic questions were asked, Then an In-person interview with 4 questions with the controller team. The Last stage would be another interview before any offer is given.

There was a assessment test that consist of simple math and a pattern recognition test. Then you have an actual interview with a recruiter. This was the harder part of the whole process.
