Overall, smooth process. First, it was a phone screening with recruiter. Then, I moved on to a two person in-person panel interview with the hiring manager and the district manager.

The interview process is all behavioral questions where have to answer a STAR format (Specific situation, Tasks, Actions you took, and Results/Outcomes). They consist of development, customer service, innovation, handling conflict, coaching/mentoring, etc.
