I applied online. I interviewed at Wellmeadow (Willenhall, England) in May 2020
Interview
Very thorough but enjoyable. During every level of interviews I found myself being challenged but not pressured. Although I had very little experience with social media it was explained clearly how the position would embrace social media and the role it has to play in todays business. This led to a complete change in my outlook, and must admit even if i hadn't been successful in my application i would have adopted it in the position I held then. At each stage of the interview process I was kept well informed of my progress and next stages.

Question 1
Asked about applying previous experience to new industry.
Many thanks for your review. It’s reassuring to hear that you had a positive experience despite it not leading to an offer on that occasion. We certainly hope that you gained something from obtaining your psychometric profile as part of the process. All the best for the future.
I applied online. I interviewed at Wellmeadow (Shrewsbury, England) in Feb 2021
Interview
The first stage of the recruitment process was a questionnaire related to my skills as a digital marketer and my work experience. Following this was an interview, during the first half of which I was able to ask a list of questions I'd prepared in advance; the second half entailed the hiring managers asking me questions about my work experience, strengths, weaknesses, and so on. After this, I was given a proof-reading task and a case study brief to take away and produce, as well as an optional psychometric test. Upon completion of these, I was offered the role. Overall, interviewing for Wellmeadow was a positive experience and one of the contributing factors to my acceptance of the role. I particularly appreciated the 'reverse interview' style in the first half of my interview, which gave me the chance to assess my fit for the role against criteria that is important to me.
