Thank you so much for your feedback, and apologize for the negative experience. We appreciate your honestly, and are working towards improving our interview process to include more structure and probing questions, to the point where all candidates feel they have been properly vetted for the role they are interviewing. We're working towards getting it right, but it unfortunately takes a while to get there. We welcome all future feedback, and would also welcome you to apply with Gympass again in the future.
