the interview typically conducts a 2-step interview process HR then Nurse unit Managers. The interview focuses on behavioral questions, multicultural team, conflict or difficulty with the colleague, about yourself, work experiences, language barrier and patient advocacy.

The nurse manager was friendly, fair with her questions. The process was comfortable, easy, very laid back. All the employees at the site were very welcoming as well. I went into the interview nervous, as usual, but relaxed quickly. All the questions were very straightforward and expected. During the meet-and-greet with the other staff, everyone was very informative and willing to answer any questions that I had.
