I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter who then set up three subsequent interviews with members of the team. After these three interviews, in which I received extremely positive feedback, I never heard back from the company again. I reached out to the recruiter the following week who brushed me off and told me she would reach out with an update. I never heard back even to close the loop and let me know they had moved forward with other candidates.
