I had an over the phone interview and a face to face ( which was with a camera on a laptop) interview then just followed the steps until I got trained.
Logged into video chat meeting, talked about the job, asked questions about myself. Straight forward questions. Describe yourself. How would others. Why do you want to work here.

Short, non personal or professionalsm. Interviewer seemed to be in a hurry because they were hiring over 60 people. They tend to wait until two weeks prior to over half a million new member calls will be coming in. Then they lay off people who they use, are hard dedicated workers, that are temps and go on another crazy hiring frenzy. DUMBEST BUSINESS PRACTICE EVER SEEN
