Welcomemat Services interview questions

Apparently I did not even get past their ATS. Very rude to do applicants that way. I wanted this job. Was given no chance. With other negative reviews I’m thinking I might have dodged a bullet. Don’t let their website fool you. “Christian” owners. Ha

Came in on time for an interview, learned about the company and had great conversation. Then I was told “We’ll be in touch by Friday”. After following up, Friday came. No response. 2 weeks after Friday. Still no response. This company doesn’t practice common curtesy with their candidates. They’ll tell you a day to hear back from them but really, you will be ghosted. Don’t waste your time here. It’s not very hard to tell candidates they didn’t get the job instead of giving them the run around. I can only imagine how poor the communication is on the inside.
