Parts:
* Initial Conversation with Recruiter - the recruiter communicated effectively and scheduling interviews with them was a breeze.
* 4 technical interview - in my case it was mostly with filesystems folks located in Boston & Israel, and one networking/protocols person from California.
* 1 Hiring Manager Interview - had a technical component, some behavioral questions and finally any details about the positions were discussed. Manager was transparent about the role and their management style throughout the process which was a green flag for me.
* Offer negotiation - the recruiter is your ally and they are willing to work with you to get a package that both you and the company are satisfied with.
