Simple - poor feedback after going in to interview I was given generic feedback. Even though I took the time and effort to visit the head office. For such a big company personal feedback should be the norm!
They asked about my experience in general, why you applied for the role, and asked if I could share previous work examples. It was about 4 rounds of interviews with different team members. Overall great experience and process.
