Weidner Apartments came to my university for the career fair. I then was contacted through HR for a phone interview. This interview was one of the best interviews I have had, felt casual and not overwhelming. I enjoyed talking with them. I then had another skype interview with regional director. Again it was another calm and casual interview.

Applied at career fair. Received a call to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was short and sweet, asking about your general interest. Then was offered a 1 on 1 interview at the regional office. The interview was very positive and was more of a conversation that interview. They are looking for people with great personalities and certain qualifications

First step was a phone interview with the MIT hiring manager. It was a very pleasant experience, not a lot of pressure. The hiring manager really tried to get to know me, and who I am as a person. She really had the best interest in it for me and for the company. It was an amazing interview experience.
