Simple interview was hired same day started within a few days of interview
The interview was scheduled by phone, we met in a nice office and two people interviewed me. I felt like my resume was read and understood prior to the interview. Interviewers were kind and asked questions about my overall work ethic as well as problem-solving and team mentality questions.
