Interview
It's a multi round interview. They will do a phone interview and at least 1-2 in person interviews. You will be asked the same questions at each interview. I did hear some people went through five rounds of interviews. Be prepared to talk and wait while they take notes by hand.

Interview
I met the manager inside the store, and we sat at the General tables by the cash registers for the interview. It was noisy and others were sitting nearby and could listen to the entire conversation
