Quick and Easy, within 2 weeks I was hired. Only one interview and training. Training was a long process. Everyone was very friendly. Cashing training was very detailed so when you went on live it was easy.

In person interview with two employees where they ask about your experience in the grocery store industry and experience with customer service and other basic questions. The interview process was casual but you should know how to talk about your past experience and what skills you can bring to the Wegmans location that make you a better candidate than others interviewing for the position since it’s well paid and competitive.
