Brief phone interview to determine if a personal interview would be scheduled. This was easy and assured company of interest. The personal interview was rather speedy, complete and a time to ask questions was provided. Overall, not difficult.
One from HR personnel and another person from department, each separate interviews and lasts for 30 ish minutes. It was mostly behavioral questions. Experience does not matter, they are willing to train as long as you are eager to learn.
