Took them about a month to call and ask for an interview. You sit down with the managers and they ask general interview questions. They're friendly and try to make you feel comfortable. They asked questions mostly based on customer service and how important that it. After that they called and offered me a job.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
