A very lengthy and in depth, I asked many personality and psychological questions. Often they were repeated, I think to see if the same answer would be given. The phone interview was first followed by an in person interview first with the HR person then with a team leader. Both a written and verbal interview was given. Each time the interviewer wrote everything down.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
