Fast process, starts out with a phone screen from the recruiter/employer representative then move on to an onsite. Where you are interviewed by the team leader for the department you are applying for and they switch off with behavioral questions. You should also try to come in with questions of your own, and talk about why you want to work there.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
