It was all handled virtually, I did not have to go onsite for either interview. Handling it this way made sense to me given covid 19 situation in the community

The worst! They dont explain what they are looking for or the type of experience and continuously disposition my applications. They called me for a phone screen and asked basic questions I answered them as they were all yes or no questions.

First was an HR Interview, then a manager interview for the specific hiring department. I was offered position after the interview with the manager. After reviewing the offer, the pay scale did not align with my needs.

short, very large demand. Will ask for how many hours you can work. overtime is mandatory and there is a union that you must join. they pay is moderate and the work is very hard on the body and climate controlled freezers
