Interview
Applied through their career website, and got a phone interview nine days later with a recruiter. The questions were mainly about yourself and how you would describe yourself. A week after I had the in-person interview with two people (front-end manager and human resources). The questions were all behavioral/situational.

Interview process was quick and straightforward. Met with store manager, reviewed availability, prior customer service experience, and reliability. Questions focused on handling busy lines, dealing with difficult customers, teamwork, and basic math skills for cash handling. friendly and informal conversation.

2 phone calls asking about schedule, availability, other scenario questions. Recruiter was nice - mostly asked about working through the year vs. only the summer. Mostly the normal behavioral questions you'd expect.
