The hiring took about a week for me. I applied two weeks before they contacted me, was interviewed and given the job immediately before I left the interview. The HR lady was very nice and informative and was very helpful throughout my years of employment.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
