Interview
I had initial interview during open walk in application process for new store to be opened in 2 months. Interviewer was extremely nice , the interview took about 10 minutes. I then was asked to stay and wait til called. I interpreted this to mean the interview I just had was a screening one and I had passed. I saw others who were not asked to remain. About 5 minutes later I was called back and interviewed by another person.

It was an easy and quick call over the phone, and then an in-person behavioral. They just want to see how you would act in stressful situations, and what your previous job experience looks like.

2 stage interview process, first a phone screening followed by a in person interview. It’s giving usually by two HR reps and takes about thirty minutes to complete. All the responses are documented.
First a phone interview then a in person interview with usually a manger and HR rep. They ask a lot of question about your personality to see if you're a fit for the company and a nice person.
