I thought the interview went very well with the person in Ithaca. I recently located to the area in Ithaca due to my family having medical issues and was looking for some PT work. I have more than 15 years of professional experience. I thought I would be a good fit for the role since I have a lot of customer service experience. I only received a one word email saying I was not successful when the woman from HR said I was 100% a good fit.

The phone interview was approximately 30 minutes long. Questions about previous employment in the past three years were asked, including why you left, if you submitted a notice and fulfilled it, etc. Describe what incredible customer service means to you was the main question.

Interview
I knew someone who worked for the company who told them to pull my application. My interview process took 2 weeks but it is faster when they are short-staffed. There was a phone interview with a recruiter, an interview with an HR representative, and an interview with the department manager of the department I applied for.
