I was called to schedule an interview to be held over the phone. Missed that call and had to call back twice before was able to schedule the actual interview. I was called almost exactly on time. The interviewer warned me he would be reading from a paper and writing down my answers and so I should be prepared for extended silences from his end. The questions were very standard, with nothing standing out as different to any others. It was over in less than 30 minutes. I felt it went fairly well, and later on, I received an email informing me I had not gotten the job.
