They misled me at the time of the interview by stating they were hiring for full time but when they contacted me to make the job offer they stated that they start all associates off in a part time position first

I applied online and they called me to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It wasn't too bad. A lot of the questions were basic interview questions.
