I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Fairfax, VA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Application itself is extremely long and also requires a little test on customer service. Once I finished the application online I got a phone call about a week or two later just to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was not very tough, about 30 minutes. After that I got another call to come in for an in person interview. Not a hard in person interview either. About a week or two more I got a call offering me the position and a starting pay of 9.25. Honestly the interviews were pretty easy, they're just looking for answers about excellent customer service, respect, and kindness.
