Interview
Phone call stating they got your resume, they ask some basic questions about you and your future with the company. Then if they like you they will ask you to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview is a lot of questions. Like what would do in this situation. Followed by a in person interview, basically a meet and greet. They also ask very similar questions as the phone interview.
