I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Ithaca, NY) in Sept 2017
Interview
So I was interviewed back in June for Deli and I went through all three interviews (the phone interview, one on one, and then the managers) and it took 2 months for me to get a response and that response was no. I have applied for everything in that store and I kept getting rejected. I complained and got a “courtesy” interview just to be rejected again! Waste of time I tell you. I spoke to corporate and they told me I wasn’t good enough to work for them yet they always hire these 15 year olds that stay for like 2 weeks and don’t show up to their shift. Yet they won’t ever hire me. It’s bs.

Interview
Very smooth, had 2 interviews where one was phone call and other was in person. Straightforward and happened within a few days of application within the same week. The phone call was within 20 minutes rather than 30
The process began with a brief phone screening from HR to review my availability and interest. This was followed by a formal interview over call with a panel consisting of the Pharmacy Manager
